Everyone does the taco head tilt, right? These turned out pretty good, but could have used a bit more flavor. Next time I'll add fresh cilantro, I think. I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't like cooking meat, so I'm experimenting with different things. It's been fun! The next think I want to try is shakshuka. If you have a recipe you like, let me know!
